We’ve read all about what’s cool and popular. But now let’s look at some cities that have no fashion sense. Read the following article on the cities with the worst dressed people.
1. Beijing, China
For many things China is the most advanced nation in the world, but fashion is definitely not one of them. One reason for the terrible fashion is the extremely bright colours. When you walk down the streets of Beijing, you’ll see the majority of people with bright orange, green and yellow shirts. Also, the shirts usually have cliché American slogans on them like: “I’m your Superman” or “Keep Calm”. Another reason for the bad fashion sense is the many accessories Chinese people wear.
2. Bucharest, Romania
When you walk around the streets of Bucharest, you will probably see men wearing leather sports jackets. For some reason, people in Easter Europe loving wear these out-of-fashion pieces of clothing. Also, the people in Bucharest love wearing acid-washed denim. Acid-washed denim was quite popular in America during the early ‘90s, but is definitely not anymore. In Bucharest, however, acid-washed light blue jeans can be found just about everywhere.
3. Dublin, Ireland
We all know that Ireland is one of the most beautiful countries in the world. But we cannot say the same thing for its fashion. If you walk around Dublin, you will surely see people in tracksuits. Tracksuits are often very comfortable and convenient, but it makes the person seem lazy and messy. Another reason for its low fashion ranking is all the flannel. Too many men and women wear flannel clothing from head to toe. This makes everything look very confusing on the streets.
4. Hamilton, Canada
One of the biggest reasons Hamilton, Ontario is on the list is the lack of individuality. Everybody conforms and dresses the same way. Boring jeans and plain shirts are the standard in Hamilton. Also, too many citizens of Hamilton like to dress in very dark colours. This makes you feel sad and depressed as you walk the streets of the city.
5. Helsinki, Finland
The biggest fashion offence men make in Helsinki is wearing sweaters with shorts. This is a combination that is difficult to understand. Another mistake people from Helsinki make when dressing is the use of skinny jeans. Skinny jeans are popular all over the world, but in Helsinki the jeans are too skinny.
